The Day My Brain Felt Too Full
My brain felt like a crowded hallway today — loud, busy, and way too much. This is how I used a quick Brave Brain reset to stop myself from melting down.

Today my brain felt like someone tried to stuff five backpacks of thoughts into one tiny drawer.
Nothing was actually wrong… but everything felt too much.
Instead of pretending I was fine, I used something from the Brave Brain books — the 30-Second Reset.
I closed my eyes, took one big breath, and asked myself, “What’s one tiny thing I need right now?”
The answer was easy: space.
So I took five minutes, stretched, drank water, and came back feeling a little lighter. Not perfect. Just lighter.
Brave Brain Reminder:
It’s not a failure when your brain gets overwhelmed.
It’s just your brain saying, “Hey, can we slow down for a sec?”
